The staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly during our one-night stay for a nearby birthday party. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with tea, coffee, and bottled water. The breakfast was also lovely. I would highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed at this hotel five times over the past few years and Rob and Jackie have always been fantastic hosts. I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else when visiting Telford. The accommodations are comfortable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend booking early to stay here.

This establishment was excellent! We received a warm welcome and were shown to our room after 10:30. The room was well-decorated and clean, with plenty of sockets. Tea, coffee, water, and biscuits were supplied in the room. Breakfast was also spot on. I can highly recommend this place.

The service at this place was truly exceptional. Despite my extensive travels and dining experiences, I have to say that the steak I had here was one of the best in my life. Rob is a fantastic chef, and I have to give credit where it's due. I was so impressed that I changed my schedule to have dinner here again next week. Fully recommended!

This hotel had a cosy atmosphere and was nicely located for the Cosford airshow and Telford. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything, from check-in to dinner to breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely stay here again.

I just returned home after a week-long stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was well taken care of from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spotless and the food was excellent. I had to leave early this morning before breakfast, but the staff made sure there was food waiting for me. You wouldn't find this level of service anywhere else. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed for one night as my work booked me a room here. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room I had had 2 single beds and an en-suite, and it was a reasonable size. The beds were comfortable and clean, and it seemed like they had paid attention to them in the last year. I had a very nice and reasonably priced evening meal. Breakfast was also included and very enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again if I need to be in the area.
